PODcasting  -  The Continuing Story.

Last month  we took a look at four basic features of a typical MP3 player we would be using to listen to a podcast away from our computer including: storage technologies, capacities, file formats, and displays. This month we'll look at downloading from the internet and transferring to your MP3 player. All MP3 players will have connectivity to a PC (or Mac) via a Universal Serial Bus (USB) port using a cable, direct connect or a recharging cradle that's connected permanently.

What is USB? It's just another method of connecting a peripheral device such as a scanner, printer, webcam, digital camera etc. . .  and has various connector styles for the pripheral but only one type of connector (Type A) on the host PC (or Mac)

Peace of Mind

have you had cold showers of pain
my friend, you've stood in my rain
deathly feelings of  loneliness
no need to feel shameless
i've been there before
not wanting to feel anymore
your hearts been broken in half
mind still living in the past
cold dark thoughts of suicide
why don't i do it tonight
don't worry it will go away
learn to love anouther day
put it in the back of mind
let it rest and you will find
dark clouds begin to part
new love will mend the heart
thoughts of suicide disappear
self-esteem will reappear
one day you will be able to say
my friend you've stood in my rain.
