Just to name a few. This is a time of great change and you are supported by the cosmos.
I've chosen Labradorite to honour my Capricorn friends as our crystal this month. This crystal is iridescent and is highly mystical and protective. It is a bringer of light. Labradorite deflects unwanted energies from the aura and prevents energy leakage. It forms a barrier to negative energy shed during therapy. It can take you into another world or into other lives. A stone of esoteric knowledge, it facilitates initiation into the mysteries.
Labradorite aligns the physical and etheric bodies and accesses spiritual purpose. It raises consciousness and grounds spiritual energies into the physical body. This stone stimulates intuition and psychic gifts, including the gift of "right timing", bringing messages unconscious mind to the surface and facilitating their understanding.
Psychologically, Labradorite banishes fears and insecurities and the psychic debris from previous disappointments, including those experienced in past lives. It strengthens faith in the self and trust in the Universe. It removes other peoples projections, including thought forms that have hooked into the aura.

I had a lovely massage on the Saturday and felt totally at ease and healed from the inside out. On Sunday morning before my flight back to Canberra I had a lovely hot breakfast in Sawtell (southern beach side town) and chatted and drank coffee with some inspirational and amazing women. It was wonderful. Girl power was very potent. The trip back from Coffs to Canberra was lovely. It was lunchtime and I had been able to see the rolling mountains and ocean views from the sky. I had a window seat both legs of the trip - fabulous and awe inspiring. During that trip back home I was able to read and breathe - take in the wonderful memories I had made over a very intense packed weekend.
This week back at work we moved floors. It was disruptive but it all went rather well. Now we are in our new office location and I have had a chance to get my home back in order. Over the next couple of weeks I plan to prepare for the holidays. Fortunately I've completed the Christmas gift giving. My preparations instead will focus on the spiritual and healing aspects of the year. My intentions are focused on the peace and love I want to share with the world. I've joined a Circle of Manifestation - a group of positive healing friends and we are turning our power of intent to our friends, family, community and the world. This is my blessed gift to the world - to send out oceans of love, peace and joy. Thank you, for another amazing year. I can't wait to catch up in the 2009 (11/2) year!

This week back at work we moved floors. It was disruptive but it all went rather well. Now we are in our new office location and I have had a chance to get my home back in order. Over the next couple of weeks I plan to prepare for the holidays. Fortunately I've completed the Christmas gift giving. My preparations instead will focus on the spiritual and healing aspects of the year. My intentions are focused on the peace and love I want to share with the world. I've joined a Circle of Manifestation - a group of positive healing friends and we are turning our power of intent to our friends, family, community and the world.
