Restoration

The Divine Consciousness that I am is forever expressing its true nature of Abundance. This is its responsibility, not mine. My only responsibility, it to be aware of this Truth. Therefore, I am totally confident in letting go and letting God appear as the abundant all- sufficiency in my life and affairs.

It is a number seven day of inner reflection. It is the day to look within. Be alone, at least part of the day. Be still. Read. Think. Affirmation: I look within and receive answers. I know whatever I want or need will always be there for me. I trust life to take care for me. The Power that supplies my breath will supply all else (just as easily or freely).

I intend to be alone today – well at least for a part of it. The numerological cycle has reflected the phase that I am in. I am unwell. I have a headache and sever sinusitis pain – even my lymphatics feel blocked and sore. Today I am taking time for me for some healing and rest-oration.

The Sun inspires me to a healing chamber. There is more to life that feeling lousy or unwell. Follow the brilliance of your life and you won’t be disappointed. Life is like an apple pie – sometimes you eat the apple and other times you get the cloves.

The Wheel of Fortune has a fair ground appeal – lights camera action – no seriously I am going back to bed. The Jupiterian loud speaker bellows – all aboard the Ferris wheel of changes – its time to leave the past behind. Seriously, the wheel signifies truth and expansion- I am ready to climb about and take the ride to a new location.

The Emperor is the King of the Mountain. He brandishes his golden staff and commands, “what are you doing down there? Lift up your head out of the mud and don’t delay – there are better opportunities if you climb to the summit – plus the air is fresher up here! Get out of the mud and keep climbing!”

Today, I will find ways to create balance in my life. I will cast all negativity in a positive light, and let go of any fears that block the flow of vital energy within my body, mind and spirit. To heal illness, I must begin by restoring balance. And that is what I intend to do. What about you?

Attend to the needy

My inner supply instantly and constantly takes on form and experience according to my needs and desires, and as the Principle of Supply in action, it is impossible for me to have any needs or unfulfilled desires.

The Sun moves into Aquarius as we enter a number six day. Over the past four weeks the Sun has influenced our drive on the career highway, ambition round-a-bout and the pedestal of public recognition. Now with the influence of the water bearer our focus shifts from our personal goals and ambitions to a global village perspective. Humanity, friends and associations are key elements of the Aquarian solar visit.

The Hierophant is the wise counsellor in my morning spread. His wisdom is born of pain and coated with the inward philosophical discoveries. His pursuit is deep and unrelenting – his quest is never ending.

The Chariot invites me on board – get moving woman its time to shake your bootee and escape to freedom – live the dream and repel everything else in between.

The Hermit is a quiet reminder of the importance of ritual, peace and prudence. His golden lantern beam leads me down the darkness of an unknown path. It is my inner realm – unchartered waters and beware – there are snags and logs up ahead. Shine you light, my Hermit guide and I will follow.

The Moon in Pisces is emerging from her dark fertile phase. She is reluctant to leave the watery haven of the Neptunian seclusion. She knows that tomorrow will take her into the fiery impatience of Aries. There will be no time to rest on her laurels.

The lunar cycle navigates each sign throughout the month. She spends two and sometimes two and a half days weaving her lunar magic into the emotional and social aspects of our lives. Today, she aligns with the Sun in Aquarius and requests that we consider those who are less fortunate than we are.

The joy of giving is a bountiful act. Happy is the one who attends to the needy. Consider how easily you are irritated by the needs of others. Give away some of your time or money, but not in a therapeutic sense. Attending to the needy also includes surprise acts of kindness.

As we give; we receive. Give of yourself generously and with love and your will receive the joy of peace, love and happiness in your heart. What a gift!

A fresh perspective

Money is not my supply. No person, place or condition is my supply. My awareness, understanding and knowledge of the all-providing activity of the Divine Mind within me are my supply. My consciousness of this Truth is unlimited; therefore, my supply is unlimited.

The Fool launches into a new phase with enthusiasm and optimism. Filled with the raw unbridled passion of a teenager he is on a mission of lust as he escapes the cave and embraces every opportunity as if it was his last.

Death hangs heavy in my spread this morning. Don’t be afraid to close the door behind you as you leave – just make sure you leave the key under the mat.

Apollo the Sun God strums his golden lyre – merriment and music are yours for the taking – open up your heart and my bounty will encompass the Divine expectation of your dreams.

The Empress is Mother Earth – she is at her most brilliant in this dry and drought-stricken land. Flowers of immense courage and resilient are scattered across her path – a reminder to stand tall and proud in our daily encounters.

It’s a number five day and surprises are on the horizon. Look your best – really dress up. Expect a good surprise. Promote and advertise yourself. “I welcome change and rejoice in the new.” Say it out loud.

There has been a distinct change in temperature over the past 24 hours. We have gone from extremely hot conditions to a chill in the air. I’m enjoying the coolness of the moment and feel comfortable in the radical shift in temperatures.

Sometimes radical shifts can bring pain into our hearts, bodies and minds. Pain is a touchstone of spiritual progress. Follow your pain as if it were a candle in the night, leading you to a place of decision. Clear choices can often heal your pain because they release your conflicts.

The days and weeks are flying past in this New Year. I keep my goals and wishes in the forefront of my mind. I am not debilitated or distracted by their presence instead focused on the intent. Today offers a fresh perspective on decisions. My eyes survey the panorama and I am alert to the possibilities. I am confident that I have the drive and will to succeed.

Never Never Land

Through my consciousness of my God Self, the Christ within, as my Source, I draw into my mind and feeling nature the very substance of Spirit. This substance is my supply, thus my consciousness of the Presence of God within me is my supply.

The Moon is in Pisces, the Peter Pan of the zodiac. This Neptunian Moon can take us to Never Never Land on a whim. Today the big news is of course that Jupiter (benefactor of the cosmos) has moved from Aquarius into Pisces. This move bodes well for Pisceans however we all will feel the changes of this illusive and spiritual planet. Perhaps it will encourage us to connect with our inner bohemian?

It’s a number four day time to work – ironically it is the first work day of the week, Monday. Monday is ruled by the Moon and this makes it quite difficult in the sense that the Moon relates to all things homey and a cozy relaxed feel and here we are ensconced in a new work week. No wonder there is a lot of Monday-it is?

Numerologically a number four day is about organisation and productivity – the colour is green and the jewel is jade.

The Lovers collaborate to ensure effective communication. They are balanced and joyous, spreading their wit ad charm around the world.

Death gallops into my spread to bring a culmination to my current phase. While the Devil snarls and snorts as he demands, “Relinquish the chains that hold you to your past! The Truth will set you free!”

The Tower represents the unexpected deliveries – roll with the scattering of lightning bolts peppering your values and beliefs – the barrage of strikes impede upon your demeanour but won’t change your destiny view.

Astrologically there are some big changes this week: Jupiter into Pisces and the Sun and Venus moves into Aquarius. Detachment is in the air. Detachment is a good practice especially when we become obsessed about a certain outcome. It’s a bit like if you love them set them free and if they come be then it is meant to be.

Changes above (cosmos) impact on us here on earth. If we resist these changes we can become blocked or stuck in negative thought patters or behaviours. Resisting change leads to illness. Accepting change brings about peace. Embrace the changes in your life. Release what you no longer need, and welcome the seeds of new experiences.

This is one of my most heartfelt philosophies. I keep a personal goals and wishes close to my heart and soul and continually work on them, everything else seems mutable, changeable and sometimes part of the stop and learn process of life. Once I’ve accomplished the lesson I pickup my certificate and move on. I look to the future with hope and promise. I am inclined to follow my golden compass within. Let go of time

I lift up my mind and heart to be aware, to understand, and to know that the Divine Presence I AM is the Source and Substance of all my good.

The Moon is in the Friendship oriented sign of Aquarius. Aquarius rules the 11th House of friend and associations. It is likely to be a light, airy and fun-filled day. The day is ripe for social networking and sharing some special moments with friends.

It’s a number three day – it’s party time! A day to have fun, laughs, sing and play. Express yourself. Experience the joy of living. Make others smile. Bless everyone and everything. Let your creativity express itself freely.

Affirmation: “I radiate joy and share it with others!” Joy flows through my veins and is expressed in every part of my being. I know my seeds are sprouting, and it is time for rejoicing. I am joyously exuberant and in harmony with all of my life. My life is a party to be experienced and shared with everyone I know. My creativity flows, and I give of it freely. I am beautiful. I am handsome. And everyone loves me. All is well in my world, and I share my feelings with others.

The Tower flaunts a reminder of the impact from others and their barbs and unexpected insults. We plant and implement a brilliant day but the lightning bolt out of the blue may disrupt the flow. Maintain your focus – live the dream!

Judgment heralds the concept of times changing. Saturn cowers beneath the Angels – herald the transformation and relinquish the outdated and outworn. I must enforce the reality of now and the importance of playing it real.

The Wheel of Fortune heralds a beneficial time. The cornucopia of abundance and good will flows through me. I am an open vessel for love, peace, brotherhood and the empowerment of humanity.

It is Sunday a day of rest and rejuvenation. I adore my weekends. I work hard at my job, my creative indulgences, my domestic commitments, my relationships and of course me.

Sunday is a day of reflection and healing – taking stock and planning my next phase. It is an easy-going day which aligns to the environment I am in – whether it is my home, my family or friends home I give of myself freely and make my healing journey a priority.

It is now two days after the new moon and Mercury has gone direct. I am mindful of the cosmic influences. Yesterday I did more clearing out in my office (under the auspicious influence of Judgment) with the packing up of journals which have been stored in my compactus. The journals spanned from 2007 – 2009. These books depict the creative journey I’ve undertaken on an emotive ride across intellectual boundaries and beyond. Of course my environment, hopes, wishes, desires and sometimes my tantrums are sprinkled throughout. I suppose they represent a primal documentary of my existence.

I have written diaries and journals for most of my life. It has been a cathartic process trying to untangle the fierce and sometimes emotional tsunamis of the Scorponic alchemy. I started a diary when I was seven years old. It was filled with the childish ramblings and immature attempts at poetry and prose. Now I believe I have matured to a more structured approach to my journals. Although, I must admit they can border on the childish ramblings at times.

Rain came to our drought-stricken plot of the ACT yesterday. Lightning and thunder blazed and boomed across the skies. It was exhilarating. The rain has nourished my plants and trees and this morning the garden responded with vibrancy and gratefulness.

Well, my cyber friends enjoy your day and let go of time. How much do you need to do today? Must you fill every moment to feel useful or productive? And how much of your life is directed by time? Answer these questions honestly – when you are ready 

A Pipeline of Wisdom and Knowledge

God is lavish, unfailing Abundance, the rich omnipresent substance of the Universe. This all-providing Source of infinite prosperity is individualised as me – the Reality of me.

We are down the final 10 days of our 40 day prosperity plan. Have you noticed any changes in your finances over the past 30 days? I have. Not only have I attracted more abundance into my life but my relationship with money is getting more and more respectful. I am constantly aware of the infinite source of abundance coming into my life – I hope it is working for you too! We will complete the next 10 days together and I will check back in with you at the end.

It’s an 11/2 personal day – a time to follow your star – leave commercialism behind you. The vibrations today are highly attuned and very spiritual. Your intuition is strong. Do not force anything.

This is a perfect moment for me to do some readings. I am ready to connect with the universe and bring the most appropriate messages through.

Death is the first card in my morning reading. I embrace this card as the harbinger of the old and unwanted. He is an austere presence in any reading but I feel attuned to his potent message. Leave behind what is not worthy to carry, child – your load will be lighter and brighter and you will be grateful to step lively into a new and sparkly future.

Judgement affirms this message of Death and asks for more. Shed the unwanted layers of yesterday. Prepare to step into the water for the rebirth. How can we be truly reborn when we are carrying the baggage from the past?

The star is naked and raw – the scars from the rebirth are etched into her psyche. She stands proudly on the stage of life – I’ve been stripped bare and yes I am exposed and yet all I desire is transparent.

Did we all get our wishes planted last night? I know I didn’t remind you as I was at my hairdressers being pampered. I took some pretty pink paper (paper I had meditated on and blessed with love and happiness). We wrote our new moon wish list together and have filed it away. Our ritual was exhilarating and we are both working toward the germination of those seeds. That you Marijana – you are the Goddess 

Today the domestics and a little play followed by some rest are the agenda for the day. While I am doing the basic tasks I will focus my mind on the thoughts, words and wishes I planted last night. To add energy to those seeds I will make sure that I feed those seeds with positive action everyday.

My garden bed glistens with hope. Without hope we live in desire. Ask yourself “what are my desires?” Then ask, “What are my genuine needs?” Discover how casually you desire things that have no real value for you. Then you’ll realise how easily you lose your power.”

Affirmation for today: I follow my inner star – I have a direct pipeline of wisdom and knowledge from the highest source. As I turn within, all the answers I seed are there for the finding. Exuberance: the passion for life

I keep my mind and thoughts off “this world” and I place my entire focus on God within as the only Cause of my prosperity. I acknowledge the Inner Presence as the only activity in my financial affairs, as the substance of all things visible. I place my faith in the Principle of Abundance in action within me.

This afternoon (yesterday) at 5:11pm the New Moon is in Capricorn. Capricorn is the ruler of the 10th house of career, fame, public recognition, institutions and business. On a personal level Capricorn falls in our individual houses at this time. For Scorpios the New Moon will entice the third house of communication, the mind, intellect and short journeys. I’m reading a great book entitled: Exuberance: The Passion for Life by Kay Redfield Jamison. It is absolutely delightful – she is the Queen of metaphor and a gifted story teller. Kay’s prose is intoxicating. Not only is the book entertaining it is enlightening.

The world is the first card for my morning reading. Venus winks seductively at this New Moon and coaxes the sea goat to ante up and shake his tail. Move out of that stagnant pool Sir Cappi and shake rattle and roll into a new realm.

The Sun promises a lust for life. Apollo strums his golden lyre and we become intoxicated with the best that life has to offer.

Justice promotes fairness and integrity – plant the seeds and goals with a loving heart and a honest mind. Forgive your enemies and embrace your friends – what more is there?

A cheerful expression brings joy to the heart, and good news gives health your bones. Here’s a task: be a bearer of only good news today. In living out this tasks note whether you find it difficult to maintain. And if so, discover why within yourself.

Life is such a gift. Scatter the joy of sunshine over your seeds and allow the fertiliser from the cosmos do the rest.

Tales of the unexpected…

When I am aware of the God-Self within me as my total fulfilment, I am totally fulfilled. I am not aware of this Truth. I have found the secret of life, and I relax in the knowledge that the Activity of Divine Abundance is eternally operating in my life. I simply have to be aware of the flow, the radiation, of that Creative Energy, which is continuously, easily and effortlessly pouring forth from my Divine Consciousness. I am now aware. I am now in the flow.

Mercury turns direct today – yippee! Also, the Sun sextiles Uranus (sort of sounds a little naughty doesn’t it?). So, this could literally turn out to be a day filled with tales of the unexpected. We are on the eve of the New Moon in Capricorn and the cosmos is ripe for a new and exciting phase.

The focus for a number nine day (today) is Humanity. A good manta is, “I am one with all of my life. The whole world is my family.” What was that song from Bandaid? Oh yes, “we are the world”. Anyway, it is time to be a humanitarian. Help everyone you can. Give something away. Be generous and kind. Clean out your closets and prepare for the new. Release what no longer benefits you albeit your thoughts, ideas, habits even the soggy relationships – yes, them too – they should all go – whoosh! Remember this is the eve of the New Moon so it is a good opportunity to consider your wish list for the coming months/years. And may I suggest, check it twice!

Strength is the courage to overcome the fears of my tomorrows. I am forever pushing forward with passion, drive and integrity. My courage is depicted by the determination of my inner guile and conviction that only the best will do! I am always optimistic.

The Sun shines on the new crop. The seeds are buried deep within my consciousness ready for plucking and choosing the right word at the perfect moment. Synchronicity takes hold and the seeds flow effortlessly toward the most fertile pastures. I anticipate their inception. I wait with sublime readiness.

The Moon casts a shadow over my reality – she has gone into her dark phase and is preparing to retreat into the most fertile of her cycle. Breathe deeply and think carefully for you must be specific in your wants and desires.

The mind and soul are rich cauldrons of creation. We are a part of the world – conjoined spiritually and emotionally. The world lives and breaths, and we can draw its spirit into us. Think rolling waves, warm sun, and wet grass from the earth, crowded elevator, busy streets, and birds singing.

Get into all the sensations of life today. You don’t need a lengthy meditation to connect to Nature – just draw it in. And expect the unexpected!

Act now, Grasshopper

My consciousness of the Spirit within me as m unlimited Source is the Divine Power to restore the years the locusts have eaten, to make all things new, to lift me up to the High Road of abundant prosperity. This awareness, understanding and knowledge of Sprit appears as every visible form and experience that I could possibly desire.

A number eight day offers success in business. Ambition stirs within you. A big business day. Be an executive. Organise and reorganise. Use good judgement. Do all your financial and legal work. Best day for signing leases and contracts. Colours – beige/brown/pink and the jewell is diamond.

Numerologically, this number eight day promises to be an action packed day. Astrologically, the Sun and Venus sextile Uranus along with the Moon entering the most fertile day of the month – the sowing time is about to begin.

The Star, Magician and the Chariot swirl around in my subconscious emerging with messages, conspiring to conjure up an action-oriented day. Taking charge of the reigns is the only option while giving it my all. The culmination of events is now about to explode.

And what if they do? So what? It is a fertile time. It is a window of opportunity flung open allowing the fresh breeze of a new day whisk you away into a brand new compelling chapter.

The subtle energies of the day move the propeller of my plane. I am on the tarmac and the engine is idling. The Universe offers a wild card on Friday evening with the New Moon Solar eclipse. There is a stirring in the valley behind me and my focus is on the horizon. It’s not a long runway – just long enough to contemplate the incline of my actions.

I am cautious and specific with the script. The right words at the right time make all the difference to the finale. It’s a three act play and I am in the final act. Will it be a box office success? Or will it be a flop?

The power of our thoughts influences the outcomes of our actions. The individual epitomises the Universe. Where exactly does your influence on life end? You’ll never know the full power or consequences of your actions and choices. Enhance the whole of life today through your actions.

Consider this: I am powerful and prosperous. I am the executive of my life and affairs. I go from success to success. Now go out into the world and act on that affirmation, Grasshopper.

Look within…

The Divine Consciousness that I am is forever expressing its true nature of Abundance. This is its responsibility, not mine. My only responsibility is to be aware of this Truth. A number seven day suggests that we should look within. Be alone, at least part of the day. Be still. Read. Listen to your inner soul.

The Hierophant represents the wounded part of our soul. A centaur of hope and love trots into our lives to carry us across the healing bridge.

The Magician lays out the tools of inspiration – choose one and you will be liberated – select all of them and you will reach Divine happiness.

The Moon shimmers in her final visit to Sagittarius for this lunar cycle. Loyalty, trust and creativity will make your day complete. Don’t fret there is more love than you can imagine.

All you need to do is look within. Love is a deep pool that never dries up. You have more than you can imagine. The only expectation you should have in giving to others is what you expect of yourself. That’s how you stay replenished!

In dreams I talk to you…

It’s a number six day – adjustment time. Take personal inventory. Look at your house. Could you make it more comfortable? Keeping in mind your house represents your soul. The colour for today is indigo (navy blue) and the jewels are: pearls, sapphires and lapis.

The Moon links with Saturn today establishing a round table for peace talks. It’s a good day to focus on healing from a compassionate heart and being open to collaboration.

The World is my oyster as I collect the offerings from the Universe. I am guided by Diving Light toward and new and magical horizon.

The Magician promises that the cauldron is brewing – the right ingredients are ready to conjure the most magical stew.

The Hanged Man encourages me to hang in there. Don’t be despondent. The New Moon waits loaded with tiny miracles. The gear change is about to take place just strap on your seat belt and hold on tight.

My Dad came to visit me last night. In dream state we talked and talked. It was a healing visit with kind words and a congratulatory hug for a job well done.

The ambience of the morning has an electric feel. The musty moon day (Monday) is filled with flecks of magic.

In the background I can see Roy Orbison strumming his acoustic guitar singing, “In dreams”. He was one of my Dad’s favourite performers and I wonder if they’ve caught up on the other side.

The weekend was filled with nostalgia. There were interludes of tears connecting to the memory of George Harrison and Roy Orbison. I’ve re-visited the Travelling Wilbury’s journey. Even last night when an advertisement for Fred Hollows came on the TV I became misty and a little sad.

I was a little unsure as to why I cried intermittently over the weekend. I am not sad at the moment but the tears flowed none the less. Now that my dream has materialised I understand. Now I know that it was a prequel to the visit with my Dad. Thank you, Dad for dropping by. I miss you. And I love you, always!

Primarily our conversation focused on love and respect. He reminded me that before I can heal others I must heal myself first. Today, I will be mindful of how often I judge others. In recognising why I see others in a negative light, I will discover the fears that I need to heal in me.

I welcome change and rejoice in the new

Money is not my supply. No person, place or condition is my supply. My awareness, understanding or knowledge of the all-providing activity of the Divine Mind within me is my supply. My consciousness of this Truth is unlimited and therefore my supply is unlimited.

It’s a number five day – a day of surprises – looking your best – get really dressed up and get out and look for the new. Positive change is in the air. Today you are free. Expect a good surprise. Do something different. Be flexible. Change your routine. The colour for today is blue. And the jewels are turquoise or aquamarine.

It is Sunday and the Moon is in Sagittarius. This freedom-loving fire sign leads out of the deep excavations of the Scorponic archaeological dig and encourages us to explore new and unchartered frontiers.

Desperate for changes and starving for truth I linger on the quest for liberation from my current situation. I am alert to the wonderful, positive surprises that benefit me in a delightful way. Here I am, world, open and receptive to all good, which I accept with joy and pleasure and most of all, gratitude.

The force of the Chariot pulls me in two directions. The turnstiles are fact approaching but I am assured that I have the reigns. I am in control. There is no fear just the vision of a new and exciting chapter just beyond the ridge. Do you want to join me? Well, hop on board!

The Magician flicks open the magic carpet and ushers me toward the multi-coloured rug. Step right this way, Child he coaxes with a wink and a smile. Without hesitation I climb on board – I don’t have a ticket or a guide just an open heart with no destination in mind.

Temperance beckons with her tales of foreign lands and philosophical seascapes. Expand your mind and flee the reality that exists in your mind. Adjust the channel of perception and clear the static from your view – the universe offers a multitude of opportunities just for you.

The day promises to be a day of weeding and cultivation. We are gardening this morning. There are a few weeks that need to be pulled and a fresh garden bed to be made. We have some new plants to place around the crouching Buddha – an offering of peace and love.

I am excited by the prospect of changing the garden ever so slightly. Still, it will be a different view. During the process of planting I intend to focus on the friendliness and compassion which cultivating a calm mind. This ensures the practice of the healing power of a compassionate mind.

Compassion and love fills my garden and the blossoms lay in way for the right nutrients to support their growth. In time I will rejoice in the new flower beds.

The Moon lingers in the passionate embrace of Scorpio. She loves her fellow water sign – compatible easy-going and offering an intense hue to the start of the weekend. Of course she pouts seductively in the direction of the earthy Capricorn Sun. They are opposite ends of the spectrum (not direct opposites of course) with a supportive elements of earth and water or more appropriately rock and ocean.

It’s a number four day – it’s time to get up early – get those chores done. You’ll have lots of energy today. Get going on those projects. The colour for today is green. And the jewells are emerald and jade.

I’ve been in awe of the new music video clip from Marianne Faithful, as tears go by. The music video clip is a rendition of her classic 1960’s version. The clip was evocative offering juxtaposition between the reality of now and the exuberance of youth. There were some radical clips from yester-year inter-dispersed with the harsh reality of now. The messages were very moving and images reflective and explicit. Well done Goddess!

Justice is the first card of my morning spread. Athene is a “no muss; no fuss” kind of Goddess. Cut away the crap and focus on relevant aspects of your present – its gift really, isn’t it?

The Chariot gallops into my consciousness – take a left at your desired route and woohoo you are on the road to success. The road is changing. Are you up for the potholes and roundabouts? A crossroad appears a sign with multi directions depicting a myriad of destinations which way will I go?

The Hierophant counsels caution and a stoic warning of taking life too seriously. Sort of double standards – don’t you think?

Today is about work interlaced with play. Capture your inner child within. Life is a circle from childhood to childhood, which means a spiral of new beginnings. Relationships begin anew every day. Give your attention today to renewing a relationship, initiating another spiral of life that you share with someone.

Enjoy your day – go out and play but don’t forget to do your chores. Indulge life with passion and purpose and you won’t be disappointed.

Eating according to the seasons

I am conscious of the Inner Presence of lavish abundance. I am conscious of the constant activity of this mind of infinite Prosperity. Therefore, my consciousness is filled with the Light of Truth.

It’s a number three day – party time! Laugh – have fun. All people are important. It’s a social day. Express yourself. Love everybody. Today is truly the joy of living. Look beautiful. Feel handsome. Experience the joy that is in you and radiate it all around you.

The Moon in Scorpio adds a touch of passion and truth. Mysterious and complex Scorpio signifies the deeper aspects of life. Some people say Scorpio is about the darkness whereas I prefer to see Scorpio as he discoverer of truth. Its all about perspective. I guess – isn’t it?

Talk about truth. I face the scales this morning after the Christmas and New Year feasting – not that is some scary truth. Time to get back to my wellness kick and embrace the healthy life-style I’ve promised myself.

I intend to engage with a take charge strategy and collaborate with Saturn over my ascendant.

I plan to eat according to the season. Our body knows that all things have their seasons. The Spirit has its season too – summer is for light and easy. Bring it on!

I follow my inner star

I lift my mind and heart to be aware, to understand, and to know that the Divine Presence I AM is the Source and Substance of all my good.

Today is an 11/2 day – a master number day. Essentially it is a day to follow your inner star. Your intuition is strong. Do not force anything. Be silent. Keep the peace. Let the day flow and be on time.

The Devil snarls as I break free of the oppression of my fear. I am not afraid, instead gracious while seeking a period in solitary confinement. Alone, I allow my mind to wander where it chooses to go – the avenues and highways of my imagination are fertile and are thriving.

The Tower is representative of my beliefs and values – they are pitched toward the heavens and do not waiver. The lightning bolts are the barbs out of the blue. My Teflon armour deflects them as I float along the corridor of no regrets.

Strength is my saviour. I am resilient and adaptable – willing to concede just to get along – for now.

The Moon is in Libra and Athena stands for Justice and being resolute regarding excesses of any kind. Don’t tip the scales otherwise you’ll be tossed into the back blocks of your mind. See the light and gravitate to the light.

Whatever is exposed to the light itself becomes light. Invoke Divine light to shine within you and reach into your shadow areas. Allow the healing power of this Light to dissolve all that wounds your spirit, and so restore your health.

Endings and beginnings – a new sunrise

God is lavish, unfailing Abundance, the rich, omnipresent substance of the Universe. This all-providing Source of infinite prosperity is individualised as me – the Reality of me.

The morning is fresh and clean. The crow squawks his mournful song outside my window. It’s a 10/1 day – endings and beginnings and I am reminded of the cycle of life.

I look outside my bedroom window and see a few renegade pansies that have jumped out of the centre garden and made their presence known. I know their spirit – it is inspiring to see – a note to self – we can make our own way in a spot that suits us rather than stay with the group inside the fence.

Nature has a way of inspiring us, I believe. Sounds, smells and tiny demonstrations of independence give us hope. Hope is nature’s way of enabling us to survive so that we can discover nature itself. For this day, acknowledge the restoring power of hope. Direct that power to bless all that needs healing in your life, including your negative attributes and disappointments.

I constantly align myself with this healing principle – it gives me a light to lead me out of the maze of my emotional realm.

Another beacon is my subconscious and today the pictures tell a revealing story.

The wheel of fortune is a bright shiny disc spinning toward a new destiny.

The High Priestess reminds me of my potent intuition. She is a mega-source of inspiration.

Temperance is the ultimate destination – seeking balance and truth in all situations not squandering a moment on the minute details of regret instead focusing on the horizon and the exquisite display of the birth of a new brilliant day.

Don’t delay – make your way toward a new path of comfort and ease. If its not working for you then shed that garbage and move on with the beat of a distant drum. Life is too short to be stick in the misery of the unacceptable. The Moon in Libra inspires the brightest outcome for you and me.

A gentle breeze coaxes me to begin again – fresh and alert for the new-ness of the number one day ahead.

Back to work!

The Moon in Virgo supports a back to work mantra. Ritual and a sense of purpose are great motivators – I am determined to make this year a different year in so many ways. Each step will be a positive step forward – my outlook is different – shifting all the time and I am confident that the outcome will be different. The initial phase of course is my thoughts and words.

The eclipse next week highlights the mind zone of my chart. I am excited and can’t wait for the changes. Stay tuned.

As I begin to envisage a positive horizon I am prompted to sit back and be grounded in the moment. It’s okay to want a different year and outcomes but is also important that we do not miss the moment of now!

Death emerges from my subconscious and affirms the end of a phase. The trumpets have sounded the last rites on a life that no longer fits.

The hanged man promises that sacrifices made will reap the rewards I deserve. Just hang in there and take your lessons with a spoonful of sugar.

The world is my salvation. A phase ends and a new abundant and positive chapter begins. It’s a new course – set the navigator for the most appropriate route then sit back and relax allow the vehicle to take you on cruise control.

It’s a number nine day of empowerment and resolution. Endings that are necessary are demanding my attention – deal or no deal is the motto of the moment.

I am inclined to relinquish the need to understand the secrets of the universe but simply o know that what this moment means. It’s easy to get lost in endless speculation, so today; I release the need to know why things happen as they do. Instead, I ask for the insight to recognise what I am meant to learn.

Prometheus, take me to the tree of life and let’s hang out for a while. Help me if you can I’m feeling down, and I do appreciate you being round. Help me get my feet back on the ground – please, please help me!

Self care rituals

When I aware of the God-Self within as my total fulfillment, I am totally fulfilled. I am now aware of this Truth I have found the secret of life, and I relax in the knowledge that the Activity of Divine Abundance is eternally operating in my life. I simply have to be aware of the flow, the radiation of that creative energy, which is continuously easily and effortlessly pouring forth from my Divine Consciousness. I am now aware. I am now in the flow.

The Moon in Virgo has a practical affiliation with the sun in Capricorn. These two earth signs encourage focus on the daily rituals of everyday life. A number eight day of balance and harmony – a good day to contemplate self care.

We drove back from Nelson Bay yesterday. It was a long day stopping for a visit with four of our grandchildren and of course a visit with my Mum This morning we are both really tired and possibly looking for a little more rest or appropriate self-care.

It I a concern that the root cause of illness is a negative attitude about taking care of yourself. How do you define “taking care of yourself?” Create a new self-care practice today. Observe your comfort level when it comes to being good to yourself. Discomfort is a wise teacher. I’m looking for more vacation time – what about your?

NB: I enjoyed a manicure and pedicure today. And so the self-care rituals are maintained.

Oh No! Holidays are over!

My consciousness of spirit within me as my unlimited source s the Divine Power to restore the years the locusts have eaten, to make all things now, to lift me up to the High Road of abundant prosperity. This awareness, understanding and knowledge of spirit appears as every visible form and experience that I could possibly desire.

It’s the final day of holidays and we will prepare for the trek back home as soon as I finish with my journal. I really don’t like the last day of holidays as the realization hits that we must drive back to the ACT and prepare to return to work. By the time you read this I am at home – unpacked, washing holidays clothes are put away. Sad, but true it is the final day of our stay in Nelson Bay.

It has been a good holiday; lots of rest and relaxation – reading and writing. The weather has been overcast and rainy but his has not dampened our enthusiasm for a holiday or even a rest period after a long and demanding 2009.

The New Year has arrived – a fresh page and a new chapter. I like these moments of new beginnings – the unwritten words on a blank screen – the unsung song – lyrics and tune not yet created or hummed.

This is the moment to write the next chapter of my story. I am not dictated by the ritual of expectation or restricted by the hand of a clock. I am free to choose the tone and direction of this sonnet building to the Opera of my life.

The shades of grey that hang over us is animated by the constant chatter of the cockatoos. It is a number seven day of inner reflection and spiritual awakenings - a introverted passage for the journey home

Hermes channels the magic that stimulates my imagination. The Moon in Leo stokes the fire of desire o create a masterpiece on the canvas of my world. The Tower forewarns the tales of the unexpected. Don’t get too comfortable – the subtexts of life will reach up and grab you. The Empress is dutiful and disciplined – the ending that you dread is essentially a new bright beginning – return to the life you’ve created thus far and splash a technicolour vista across the pale grey sky.

Let the magic begin.

Negative Nellies don’t live here

The Divine consciousness that I am is forever expressing its true nature of Abundance. My only responsibility is to be aware of this Truth. Therefore, I am totally confident in letting go and letting God appear as the abundant all-sufficiency in my life and affairs.

Eckhart Tolle suggests, “Offering resistance to life is to be in a state of grace, ease and lightness. This state is then no longer dependent on things being in a certain way, good or bad. It seems almost paradoxical, yet when your inner dependency on form is gone, the general conditions of your life, the outer forms, tend to improve greatly.”

All negativity is resistance e.g. irritation and impatience to fierce anger, from a depressed mood or sullen resentment to suicidal despair. Negativity is totally unnatural. When you find yourself in the midst of negativity – see it as a message to “wake up, and get out of your mind. Be present.

Today is a number six day of commitment and responsibility. We have a responsibility to ourselves to be living our best life. This cannot happen if we think, speak or act negatively.

Yesterday I walked a beach. I walked consciously and creatively. I was fully present as I stepped into the next step. As my foot left an imprint I realised what I had created was quickly washed away by the tide and wind.

I was surrounded by pure joy. It was a dog’s beach and therefore dogs frolicked with their owners chasing sticks into the water, retrieved them proudly and waited in anticipation for the next challenge. I realised that they were in the Now. They did not think about one moment into the future – they did not consider a better moment and even the little corgi that is wracked with rheumatism consider the pain in his body- all he cared about was chasing after the stick – the focus on now.

I walked the beach with ease and joy – I felt at peace. I focused on my breath and being entirely present. My mind was totally free of the past or the future and my heart was filled with love, compassion and peace. I asked myself if it would be possible to take this state of being into 2010 and beyond. The question was no answered of course as it is my responsibility to secure the joy of now.

The Hierophant seeks the higher mind as the terrain in which to dwell. It is not intellectual prowess or academic achievement that is the prize – it is the ability to escape the ghosts of our mind. Poised in the present moment experiences is the liberation and rite of passage we seek to empower our bodies with good health and constant bliss.

The chariot focuses on home and family. The lunar ruled card is shifting the tide very fast. The Leo moon has come into play and it’s time for creative pursuits and expression of our inner realm to seize the day.

The Moon represents creativity and feminity – loyalty and truth. Your unique abilities are never far from the surface when you are authentic with yourself.

Lessons of the New Year prevail and I understand that if I speak or act with negativity, pain follows. Speak or act with a pure heart and happiness follows. Be mindful of being positive in all you say and do. Know that each of your thoughts and deeds has the power to heal you – so watch them closely without judging (Carolyn Myss).

Happy New Year – 1 January 2010

A loving heart is always young!

My inner supply instantly and constantly takes on form and experience according to my desires, and as the Principle of Supply in action, it is impossible for me to have any needs or unfulfilled desires – so be it!

It is the first day of a New Year – a new decade. To add some extra vim to this fresh moment in time it is also a Full Moon lunar eclipse (6:12am AEST – read Harlequin’s Haven: http://www.jestacom.biz/newsite/ezine/harlequin_s_haven.htm

It is a number five day – a day of changes so time is ripe to make decisions that will change your life – even if it is in subtle ways.

Prior to this moment I have been saying that this year will be different to last year. Or, on some occasions I’ve touted that I don’t want another year like last year. Of course I didn’t mean that entirely as there were some (many) positive aspects of last year there were satisfying and even memorable. On the other hand there were disappointing aspects. My view is that, once we are aware of the negative aspects then we should do our darndest to change them, right? And if we are not able to change them then take a different route to our perfect destination.

When the moon is full and the intensity of the eclipse surrounds us then it is opportune to send your wishes out into the Universe with a higher voltage. This can be done with the focus or intent of a spell or a rhyme. One of those rhymes I’ve said was: "If wishes were horses, then beggars would ride, and rich man and poor man in peace would abide." To compliment these words it is a good day to wear moonstone and be very mindful of what you think, say and do. Remember is it all about energy.

Most of us start the New Year with goals, wishes and resolutions. Like you I have a few on my list. I guess they could come under the umbrella of health, wealth and happiness. I’ve included this list as a way of encompassing some of the focus of these positive statements. I hope you can find something relevant for you:

Instructions for life

1. Take into account that great love and great achievements involve great risk.
2. When you lose, don’t lose the lesson.
3. Follow the three R’s: respect for self, respect for others and responsibility for all of your actions.
4. Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck.
5. Learn the rules so you know how to break them properly.
6. Don’t let a little dispute injure a great relationship
7. When you realise you’ve made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it.
8. Spend some time alone every day.
9. Open your arms to change, but don’t let go of your values.
10. Remember that silence is sometimes the best answer.
11. Live a good, honourable life. Then when you get older and think back, you’ll be able to enjoy it a second time.
12. A loving atmosphere in your home is the foundation of your life.
13. In disagreements with loved ones, deal only with the current situation. Don’t bring up the past.
14. Share your knowledge. It is the way to achieve immortality.
15. Be gentle with the earth.
16. Once a year, go someplace you’ve never been before.
17. Remember the best relationship is one which your love for each other exceeds your need for each other.
18. Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.
19. Approach love and cooking with reckless abandon.

One certainty I’ve included on my list is that I focus on love. A loving heart is always young, also love heals fear. This year I wish for more love in the world. I hope you are willing to join me in that desire.
